Olivier d’Ursel moderated a panel on “Regulatory Standards for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)”.
A “Twinnings of lawyers” colloquium organised by the European Lawyers Association (AEA) and the Council of Europe , which brought together lawyers from the Caucasus, Central Asia, Eastern and Western Europe, as well as Australia and Southeast Asia, on the theme ” Disputes resolution mechanism – to reduce burden on courts, and in consequence to improve access to justice” took place with a very large attendance on Saturday 16 October 2021.
